A common mistake is for players to begin their process in Grade 11 or 12. IT IS NOT just a Senior year responsibility. The time spent will fluctuate over the years however a huge key is to move forward with dedication & commitment to reach your milestones. We will be with you providing with advice and an accountability partner while you navigate and become proactive in your baseball journey. Combining professionalism and persistence in your communication will be key in getting ahead of other recruits.

College recruitment videos care a great tool for showing college coaches your skill set and how you perform on the field. As we are not always able to get in front of the coaches your video will serve to be your representation for that first meeting. Your video will be launched on our One8 Sports website, YouTube channel and social media sites as well as being the centrepiece of our recruiting package you will send to your perspective coaches.

Earn Your Way is an opportunity to carve out your own path to college. Using the step by step approach, each athlete and family will be able to navigate the process with confidence. Getting started as a freshman is key to making sure we are keeping pace with our US counterparts.
